HARAS DU CERISIER
From foal to sport horse
HISTORY
The Haras du Cerisier breeding and sport stable was founded in 1988 by Dominique and Daniel Chiecchi in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, at an altitude of 1000 metres. All the facilities were created at the same time: House, stable, indoor arena and outdoor riding arena on an 18-hectare site.
Our three daughters Sarah, Estelle and Daniela were all fascinated by horses from an early age and all three competed in the Swiss national show jumping team.
In 2014, we sold the facility to continue our breeding in France. The breeding is currently based in Bretagne with the mare Diva du Cerisier by Loyalty du Cerisier.
At the age of three, our horses go to Stéphane Dufour (located near St Lô) to be trained, further developed or marketed.
